About the role
As a Senior Infrastructure Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the infrastructure development of the Ori Cloud platform, heading up product strategy, roadmap, and execution, building the interface between the software and hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, design and oversee the development of cutting edge AI Compute services bridging the gap between hardware and software. Translate technical requirements and platform use cases into clear product specs and user stories.
- Help organise Ori’s AI cloud Platform Roadmap and prioritise Product work based on business and customer drivers.
- Work closely with the engineering team, on roadmap alignment, epic creation, story writing and fleshing out details to ensure smooth delivery.
- Help lead the development of the AI Cloud Platform, assist engineering with domain knowledge around AI and Kubernetes, participate in product reviews and own the documentation of AI products on Ori Global Cloud.
- Join Ori Sales calls to support the sales process and gather insights into Customer’s requirements to help develop our products.
- Assist existing Ori customers as they leverage the OGC infrastructure and products to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
- Assist with creation of product content (e.g. use cases, how-to guides) that helps customers get started with OGC. Actively publish AI blogs and content periodically.
- Track the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies; evaluate and adopt new tools and frameworks that can benefit the Ori product offering.
Your Profile
- Demonstrated experience owning technical products end-to-end - from strategy to backlog to release.
- Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial domains.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and agile delivery practices.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure: Kubernetes, container orchestration, service meshes, workload scheduling, observability, and multi-tenancy.
- Strong understanding of hardware infrastructure networking, storage, observability and management.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms and development of SaaS.
- Experience with NVIDIA tools such as NetQ, UFM, InfiniBand, DCGM.
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Eagerness to build the next generation of AI/ML services.
- Interested in working in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats and always going the extra mile for the customer.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Developer and product, or similar background.
