Radiant is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company combining utility-scale powered land, long-term capital, and a proprietary AI infrastructure software platform.     We offer permanent US employees a 401(k) with up to 5% employer match contribution. 

    UK employees will receive a 5% employer contribution with the option of a salary sacrifice employee contribution, therefore you don’t pay Tax or NI on your contribution amount. It is a way to make your pension saving more tax-efficient.
