SVP Global Sales
Job Purpose
Ori is the AI Native GPU Cloud - The SVP Global Sales is a top executive responsible for building out and leading our Sales Development, Account Executives. Over the duration of your role, you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of SDR's, AE's, SE's, and CS. Partnering with marketing and executive teams to capture qualified leads and participate in quarterly, monthly, and annual planning of company KPIs. This role will define and lead client acquisition and drive revenue with existing clients.
Role Responsibilities
Owning the new booking, expansion, and renewal targets for the company, and effectively working with the team to drive revenue growth
Developing and owning C level relationships at our clients
Delivery of sales targets, able to use appropriate metrics to monitor progress and to manage a growing and qualified pipeline
Coaching and supporting the Account Executives and Directors to ensure a security of pipeline and driving a culture of accountability, performance and celebration when results come in
Work closely with the CEO to implement discipline in an agile and not overly cumbersome sales operation
Implementing strategies to drive revenue and ultimately business growth
Interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes
Owning and driving the metrics, helping to identify, and set goals based on a data-driven approach and research, whilst working with Finance, and the rest of the Commercial team
Responsible for forecasting and reporting to the leadership team
Able to utilize client feedback in conjunction with the Product and Client Success Teams to develop, design and implement product strategy to align with company strategic goals
Any other activities as reasonably assigned by the Senior Management Team
Requirements
15+ - 20+ years or more of cloud infrastructure and sales management experience
Comprehensive understanding of the modern AI infrastructure stack and GPU space required
Must have experience closing six figure contracts for cloud based services
Proven track record meeting and exceeding expectations
Proven ability to build and scale outbound sale reps and teams
Ideally scaled a GTM team from Seed or Series A through IPO
Lead by doing, not a dashboard manager must be able to be a player coach, build the playbooks, the team, then second line management with a proven track record
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $200K-$300K and will vary depending on the candidate's experience.
