Job Summary
Ori is seeking an exceptional HPC Sales Engineer to collaborate closely with our customers—leaders in industry and computing—on a diverse set of ambitious, real-world high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) problems.
In this role, you will work with world-class domain experts to enable cutting-edge HPC deployments. As the voice of the customer, you will work closely with the broader Product team and product managers to help inform future product requirements and our roadmap.
This role requires a breadth of skills ranging from strong written and verbal communication to enthusiastically engage with our community of users and customers, to deep domain knowledge in HPC workloads, applications, and recent advances in HPC AI, to parallel programming and performance modelling.

Responsibilities
Work directly with partners and customers to understand use cases in HPC and HPC AI, perform the system design, and collaborate on algorithm design, implementation, and optimization of Ori Cloud.
Support the engineering team to address customer inquiries and questions regarding Ori's HPC products, solutions, and services.
Help identify, document, and resolve customer issues. Escalate critical customers' questions and issues to corresponding support and engineering teams.
Be the main point of contact presale and post sale for all technical questions
Run sales demonstrations, trainings, and onboardings
Design and implement solutions to fascinating problems of scale for provisioning and managing bare-metal and virtual Kubernetes clusters with Cluster API and other tools.
Create custom Kubernetes interfaces, gateways, and orchestrators all managed using Gitops tools such as Argo CD and Helm.
Improve the performance, security, and reliability of our Kubernetes products and participate in the Kubernetes Platforms on-call rotation.
Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 3-5+ years of related work experience pre-and-post sales experience.
Deep familiarity with the HPC landscape, use cases, and applications.
Experience programming in C/C++ and Python.
Experience using HPC tooling and software frameworks (e.g., MPI).
Experience in parallel programming, debugging, and performance modelling (for instance, on CPU or GPU clusters).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with both external and internal stakeholders.
Hands-on self-starter, with a can-do attitude and interest in acquiring new skill sets.
Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills who wants to work in sales.
Clear track record of being a top 1% sales performer on each team you have been a part of.
Preferred
Familiarity with Deep Learning and Machine Learning frameworks.
Experience working in HPC centres that address a variety of applications.
Experience programming and debugging large supercomputers.
Experience with compilers or domain-specific languages.
Experience in the domains of graph algorithms, molecular dynamics, and fintech.
Experience in industrial or commercial HPC environments.
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $200,000-$250,000 OTE with a 75/25 base/commission split. A salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
