Content Marketing Manager
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our content
strategy, developing our SEO, managing social media channels and websites, and
supporting our sales initiatives.
Your ability to understand our target audience, specifically within the technical and
developer communities, and create engaging, informative content will be essential to
your success in this role. This position requires a technical understanding, a data-driven
mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating meaningful
connections between our brand and our technical audience
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content driven marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive thought leadership, and support sales efforts.
- Translate technical and complex into simple but powerful messages making sure your content is optimised for SEO and conversion
- Manage our organic social media channels, creating and scheduling content that
aligns with our brand voice and engages our technical audience. - Cultivate and grow our community by developing and implementing community-
building initiatives and nurturing relationships with key influencers. - Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and
marketing materials, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy of technical
language. - Take responsibility for the company’s brand standards and guidelines
Your Profile - Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO and social media management
within a technical industry. - 4+ years of experience in digital copywriting or relevant content marketing
experience. - Strong understanding of best practices when it comes to writing for the web, SEO
and conversion rate optimisation. - Technical acumen: A background in software is essential, preferably with
experience in B2B, SaaS, DevOps, CI/CD. - Deep understanding of technical concepts, particularly in the fields of cloud
computing and application orchestration. - Demonstrated ability to create engaging, informative content for various social
media platforms that resonates with a technical audience. - Experience in community engagement, with a focus on building and maintaining
relationships within developer and technical communities. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
adapt complex technical language to different audiences and platforms. - Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and
stakeholders simultaneously. - Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-
functional teams. - Nice to have - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and/or other design software. Proficiency with Hubspot and Figma.
