Digital Marketing Manager
As Digital Marketing Manager you’ll have a deep understanding of what makes a brand work online and how to engage with prospects online through a range of channels including web, social media, third party media and advertising. You’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, be data-driven and live our core values of hard work, honesty and growth mindset. Reporting to the VP sales you’ll be responsible for delivering the digital strategy, defining and working to short and long term goals.
This role is focused on kickstarting the lead generation engine
Role Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against the Digital Marketing Strategy to support the business objectives, meet the ambitious growth plans and support the Sales team as your key internal customers.
- Develop an effective and efficient lead generation engine to drive volume of high-quality new business enquiries, meeting the lead targets required to deliver the business growth plan.
- Implement an Account-Based Marketing strategy that supports Sales leaders to penetrate and develop target accounts and sectors.
- Coordinate an outsource marketing model, collaborating with suppliers to deliver design, SEO, advertising and more, by proactively identifying business needs and then matching these with an evolving marketing proposition.
- Owning and managing the company brand and offer across all platforms, including accountability for social media presence.
- Demonstrate a data-driven approach, regularly reporting on marketing KPIs to demonstrate market engagement and impact of marketing campaigns.
Your Profile
- Commercially minded - you are naturally oriented towards lead generation and sales, rather than branding and design.
- Software background is essential, with b2b, SaaS, DevOps, CICD experience preferable.
- Hands-on - you are a ‘doer’ and can roll-up your sleeves to demonstrate short term results.
- Understanding and experience in Kubernetes, Containers, and the cloud-native space is a must.
- Experience of building and delivering successful marketing functions.
- Experience with Hubspot is essential.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills - whether communicating monthly priorities, results, or creating marketing copy.
- Data driven thinking and demonstrable data driven strategy experience.
- Demonstrate core values - honesty, hard work and a growth mindset.
